Our First Outdoor Group Workout 5/12/07




We found a great spot in the Metroparks on the new fitness trail.



Paul started started us out with a skills-based warmup.



Then they were off and running.
21-15-9 reps of squats/thrusters and pushups
1/4 mile run to the next station
21-15-9 reps of pullups and situps
1/4 mile run back to the starting station.
Aaron smoked the course in 15 minutes, with Darrell right behind him. Everyone finished in under 20 minutes. I forgot to take pictures of people lying on the ground afterwards.





I had Aaron and Darrell do wall ball shots!
