Saturday 05/26

Saturday's workout consisted of


Medicine Ball squat toss (Wall ball Shots)
Dumbbell swings
Box Jumps
Dumbell Push Presses
Pullups


With the clock running, perform each exercise for 1 minute, switching to the next with no rest until all 5 are completed, then rest 1 minute. That is 1 round. Everyone did 3 rounds and counted the total number of reps of each exercise. We'll do this again next month and track improvement.

Our First Outdoor Group Workout 5/12/07




We found a great spot in the Metroparks on the new fitness trail.



Paul started started us out with a skills-based warmup.



Then they were off and running.
21-15-9 reps of squats/thrusters and pushups
1/4 mile run to the next station
21-15-9 reps of pullups and situps
1/4 mile run back to the starting station.
Aaron smoked the course in 15 minutes, with Darrell right behind him. Everyone finished in under 20 minutes. I forgot to take pictures of people lying on the ground afterwards.
