Brian and Randa Yoak, owners of Crossfit Legacy, welcomed a big crowd to their brand new facility last Saturday, including CrossFit CEO and Founder Greg Glassman and CrossFit Affiliate Program Chief Lisa Lugo. About 80 people attended the gathering to listen to Coach Glassman give us his uncensored ideas, opinions, thoughts and advice on bettering our affiliates.
