CrossFit in the Metroparks on Saturday mornings

Here are some photos of our members working out together in the Metroparks on a couple recent Saturday mornings. It doesn't require a lot of fancy equipment to get a great workout and a little creativity goes a long way. Pushups, pullups, squats, walking lunges, lateral pipe jumps, burpee shuttle runs - it's all good!
